Outlaws, This evening is a perfect time for me to say Thank You. Thank you to the families that support their childs dream and passion of playing the great game of baseball. Thank you for the time that you spend getting your son to and from practices, tournaments and team events. Thank you for putting up with our always busy schedule, our countless team emails and texts. Thank you for believing in not only your son but our program as well. To our players, thank you for being proud to wear the Outlaw Black and White with PRIDE! Thank you for listening to instruction. Thank you for trying your best to turn that instruction into action on the field. Thank you for playing in the rain when it is 30 degrees in Central Texas. Thank you for playing in North Texas in the middle of July when the car says it is 110 degrees outside....all while wearing two tops, hot baseball pants and two pairs of socks. Thank you for acting and playing with class every time you take the field. Thank you for understanding that baseball is a game of errors, for having short memories and for moving on to the next play. Thank you for believing in yourself and for believing in the Outlaws Baseball Program. Thank you for believing in TEAM before ME. Lastly, to our Coaches and Assistants, YOU ARE THE LIFEBLOOD OF OUR PROGRAM. Thank you for letting me convince you that the Outlaws could be a respectable program that people would love to be a part of. Thank you for your tireless efforts and TOTAL COMMITMENT to all of the athletes in our program. Thank you for leading by example and for doing what is right. Thank you for the time you take away from your own families, your own business and other personal matters to stay constant and consistent for our players. Thank you for being honest and genuine when dealing with our players and their parents. Last but not least, Thank You for trusting me and for standing right next to me as we continue on this journey! We all have very different and distinct backgrounds as families, players, parents, coaches etc., however, those differences are what makes everyone special in their own way. If I have ever failed to mention it in the past, I simply would say this........Thank You for being an Outlaw! Our program is growing and has a bright future. We have many things to be thankful for and many things still to accomplish! My family is truly blessed by the quality families that our program has allowed us to meet, travel with and to call friends. For that, we are Thankful!
