Over 60 Lac employees will not be able to cast their vote on 15th Oct in Maharashtra. Many companies like TCS, TechMahindra etc have only given 2 hrs break to employees to go out and cast their vote. Result will be that hardly anyone will go out to vote as its practically not possible to go out in your constitutional area, vote and come back in 2hrs. So neither employees will vote nor their family members go alone to vote. This seems some kind of plan to stop mass of the educated people to stop from casting their vote. A paid holiday is always given on election day but this time almost all the companies have first sent mail to their employees for full day holiday but later cancelled it and only given 2 hrs time to cast their vote. Time is too short and only few hrs of tomorrow morning are there to get this decision changed. Please raise your voice NOW. Forward to as many as possible and use your media and other sources to make this happen.
