Over the next few days we are going to spot light some of our up and coming classes that are going to be coming fast into this new Semester of Fall courses available here at City Quilter! Todays post will cover the Simple Triangle Star class being taught by the Amazing Charles Johns, Hexatopia taught by the lovely Reyna de Courcy OGrady, Appliqué Support Group and Crazy Fridays brought to you by Diane Rode Schneck! Simple Triangle Star is a 2 session course on Thursdays September 4, and 25 from 12-3pm. This class will be all about working with the Creative Grid 60 degree Triangle, & Barbara H. Clines book Simply Triangles. This class will be great for confident beginners/ Intermediate level quilters! Hexatopia is being brought back by Reyna after an amazing turn out during her first time teaching this in the summer session! This class is all about English paper piecing! Forget your store bought shapes and pattern in this class & embrace the creation process of more intricate hexagonal blocks! This Class is offered on Thursday Sept. 4,11,and 25 from 5-8pm. Which is an ongoing studio style class for quilters, embroiderers, art quilters, appliquérs or simple people who just need time to sew and want to share their ideas in a friendly creative atmosphere!
