Over the past couple of months I started experiencing intestinal - TopicsExpress

Over the past couple of months I started experiencing intestinal distress, to put it very very lightly. As I have thought about this situation this issue has not just appeared, the reality is it has just accelerated. I have done the proper thing and scheduled the upper and lower GI tract investigation at a doctors office to provide a baseline assessment on the 18th of November. As is normal with my personality I have researched and tried several different things. During the course of the investigation I discovered sugar and caffeine are monster toxins to my body. Yes addicted to sugar in the coffee and this was a 7 day per week habit, stronger and sweeter the better. For more information on the toxicity of sugar please rent FED UP. As of today I am sugar and caffeine free, with no headache or side effects that I know of. An immediate plus as if by some miracle my nasal passage isnt clogged up and I am calm inside sleeping better than I have in years. Even with all of the diet modifications made to date the symptoms are unabatted. At this point I have come to realization that I MUST immediately change the fuel I put into my body. This next phase is to eliminate ALL processed foods from my diet. Now realize that I did not practice horrible dietary practices BUT looking at the cumulative volumes of bad stuff I am ripe for something to go the wrong direction. I know this means a large amount of time on my part preparing food and grocery shopping and looking up recipes. This will be worth it if it makes me healthy and stops the distress I have been under. The plan going forward is to eat 75% raw vegetables and fruit and 25% grass fed beef/wild caught fish and locally raised organic chicken. I am paying special attention of eating at least 6 small meals per day, partaking all 3 essential oils, probiotics and volumes of clean water. This essentially means zero eating out while my body resets to a normalized digestive tract and healthy general functionality. This morning my natural body weight is 213-pounds and life is really good. So the immediate dietary changes and adding yoga to my daily routine should pay huge dividends in my life. Ill be posting about what I am eating and my daily health in the coming days. thoughtsbyluther.blogspot/2014/11/backed-into-cornernow-what.html
