Over the past one week, over 8 pseudo FB accounts have been created by forces determined to undermine Hon Kimani Ichungwa. The issue of Kikuyu by~pass which is alleged to have been altered by the MP has created a showdown with all political guns pointed to the good MP. The sheepy MCAs have been holding night meetings with political brokers, county government pychophants/markmen & point mens to spread smear propaganda that allege Kimani is responsible for the changes on the dual~carriage bypass been constructed by the National Government to decongest Nairobi all the way from Mombasa road. However, they have forgotten that a LIE can travel around the world while the truth is still wearing the shoes but TRUTH still catches up. Our able SMS Senator Wamatangi has joined the folly blindly without finding out the real issue and facts. Having seen the documents at KENHA,its very clear that the by~pass design was changed or altered on 25th February 2013 in a meeting held at Kikuyu Council Offices. Was Kimani Ichungwa the MP then? NO! The Senator has made a fool of himself and played to the gallary of the norctunal MCA who is on a known payroll to discredit the most vocal MP in Central Region. The SMSenator has decided to ignore the voice of reason, logic and tossed the bare facts through the window. What they did is just political talk shop and empty rhetoric. Without a report that is tabled and adopted by the Senate, his pronouncements during his tour of Kikuyu are as empty as he probably is. The pronouncements are meant to hoodwink people that he is doing something whileas we are all aware of his scandalous lifestyle. Did we elect Wamatangi to put an MP or the Governor on the check? His cowardise has made a monster of Kabogo and it has taken Kimani Ichungwa, Alice Ngaanga, Kigo Njenga and the army on United States of Kiambu to keep Kabogo on his toes as the Senator sent SMSs and ran after Nairobian copies in town at night. Ichungwa has been very consistent and maintained he will pursue a feasible solution that also entailed an alternative route thru the Railway side Level Crossing even as KeNHA and the Ministry pursues the proposals for compensation. That is what I wud call strategy and not fixation with one point, look for alternatives and feasible ones not just political hot air been preached by Wamatangi and Co. I have seen copies of letters done by the MP to Kenya Railways even pushing for an alternative bus park and letters from Kenya Railways giving no objection approvals to a Railway Overpass. What was soo difficult with a whole Senator seeking facts before running like a headless chicken, only for the KeNHA Design Engineers to insist that unless the storey buildings (including the expansive PCEA Church) at Makutano Juction on the entrance are demolished and the entities compensated, there can never be an entrance to Kikuyu at that point. Even a lay man can get the design logic since the road is a Dual Carriage and not an ordinary double lane road. Who do we trust? The night meeting conveners, the SMSenator who we only relate to via SMS or when we read about their night activities buying copies of the Nairobian or the MP who has been consistent from when the issue arose a few months ago? Time will tell.....!!!!
