Over this last year I have lost family, but I have also learned a different meaning of the word. Family doesnt have to mean through blood. Real family are friends, best friends, those people you can count on to have your back and always believe in you. Just because we arent related doesnt mean we arent family. I still count those closest to me as MY family, my special family, my new family. Im so grateful that over this past year my relationships with my friends have strengthened so much and I wouldnt trade any of my friends for the world. None of this would of happened if it wasnt for Melinda Dixon introducing me to Jessie Knapton, but Im so happy she did because she changed my life and made it worth wild. Even though Ive lost dear ones, Ive gained Jessie and her family. Ive never had someone take me in so generously and care for me when I needed it so much. I love my new life. I love who I am and who Im falling in love with. Its my life now and if anyone has something negative to say about it, look at your own life and judge it first before you judge mine. Tomorrow marks a year and a half Ive been with Jessie. It hasnt been the easiest year and a half but its made us both stronger and more in love with each other. I love you, forever and ever and ever!
