Over this last year Ive changed because my whole thinking changed, the way I saw myself from a Black Woman living with the legacy of slavery to an African Woman understanding the Maafa and that Im from a legacy of Kings, Queens and Warriors who built Great civilisations and empires. I went from seeing things at surface level to applying rootology and the race first the principle . Im still learning still evolving embracing my culture and heritage in its fullest understanding. My spirituality, which has been called demonic, witchcraft, and evil is actually poetic and beautiful.
