Overflowing experience God has not stopped showing his people the way to go and how to go about it. He is ever ready to show us what to do all the time. For instance Luke 5:4-6 "Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake." What a glorious experience! Simon was a fisherman and he had toiled all night in search of fish but to no avail. However, Jesus came and gave him an instruction that gave him a net breaking experience. It might not sound logical but there will surely be an overflow of blessings when you obey the instructions of the creator of the universe. Now take some time out to think about your life. Do you have net breaking experience in your job or business? It’s time to access God’s revelation; you need God to show you how to get there. He will also do the same thing in your life because he is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Allow the creator of the universe to show you what to do. Let’s see verse 5 again, "And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net." This simply implies that God can still give you an overflowing breakthrough, no matter how terrible your past has been. But it requires obedience. Simon was a professional fisherman and he had done everything possible. He would have gone home with nothing if he had not obeyed the instruction to launch out into the deep. Are there instructions that the Lord has asked of you and you are yet to obey? Every act of obedience brings you closer to your miracle. Follow his instructions if you want to have a blessing overflow like Simon had.
