Overhearing (eavesdropping) a doctor say this sweet baby girl when describing a patient during handover to the recovery room, no parents in sight, makes my heart swell. These doctors and nurses here truly love what they do and they treat our kids with so much respect whether or not were in the room. Thank you to all of you who may or may not follow this page that do this every day in your work ;) That should tell you we are now back with our boy! He is still asleep but extubated! Im so happy about this because I hate that dang breathing tube more than anything! He is satting 88/89 which is really high for him (kinda weird but Im not complaining) and his HR is hanging out at 50 which is low but we know Tyson dips when he is super sleepy. We will be watching this... All in all he is great! He will need to lay flat until 2:00 and hell be off bed rest at 4:00! If Tyson wasnt Tyson we would probably be going home today, but with half hearted kiddos they just dont play around. Better safe than sorry! Home tomorrow is the plan. Woohoo!
