Overnight Parking Restriction in Effect Effective immediately the City is implementing a Temporary Overnight Parking Restriction through November 20 midnight to allow winter maintenance operations to be carried out at the following times: No person shall park a vehicle on any City street between the hours of 12 midnight and 7am and where such vehicle is parked on a street within the geographic boundaries of the Downtown Business Improvement Area, such vehicle shall not be permitted to be parked between the hours of 3am and 6am. The City may conclude such restrictions earlier than or extend the winter event beyond the original date specified. In either case, further notice will be provided. The restriction is required due to or in anticipation of winter weather or road conditions that require streets to be clear of parked cars to facilitate winter maintenance activities such as snow plowing and salting/sanding.
