Overtime and forecasting Bovine Excrement: Right first thing, - TopicsExpress

Overtime and forecasting Bovine Excrement: Right first thing, if they wish for you to forecast your overtime on a daily basis then fine. That makes not one iota of difference under employment legislation. When you get back you simply book the hours worked (ON THE DAY) If the manager refuses he will be committing fraud and a fundamental breach of your contract of employment. This is subject to unlawful deduction of wages under Section 13 Employment Rights Act. There is no agreed process or contractual obligation to forecast overtime. Now the legal stuff for our more experienced reps Article 157 Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) gives explicit reference to equal pay for equal work. Article 157 TFEU has been incorporated into individual member states through the Equal Treatment Directive 2006/54/EC Part time workers have protection under Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 All employees now have protection as to employment under the Employment Rights Act 1996 (as amended) If you are refused the overtime you put in a grievance as to unlawful deduction of wages Where are the reps?? Why no Disagreement as soon as they tried this process outside the IR Procedure?? WHERE IS HQ, WHERE IS UNCLE BOB??
