Owensboro Police Department detectives have made an arrest in this case. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 03, 2014, the ongoing investigation led detectives to the Town and Country mobile home park, located at 418 Reid Road. Contact was made with suspect, Raymond K. Flowers. Flowers was brought to the Owensboro Police Department for questioning and has subsequently been charged as listed below. The Owensboro Police Department is thankful to the community for their involvement in this case. Numerous calls were received through Crime Stoppers as well as calls directly to the department. The partnership between the Owensboro Police Department and the community we serve has once again shown to be a true force in the fight against crime. Raymond Flowers is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
