Owingsville, KY: DOG SHOT WITH GUN and BOW & ARROW! Looking for a rescue and donations! Jackson is 7 months old and was shot in the face with a gun and his tongue was split. Then he was shot with a bow and arrow. The dog will survive. Right now he is in the care of our Animal Control Officer. We know who did it. But we have no witnesses so Law Enforcement will not step up. His kidney had to be removed and I believe part of his tongue as well, he is recovering and will eventually need a rescue. He can eat soft food only. He will be ready to travel probably in about 2 weeks. Thank you. Crossposting Jacksons story is appreciated. (P.S.
