Oy! This may fall into the category of TMI..... I fell down half a flight of stairs while showing homes about two months ago. In my defense, the stairs were not up to code; the treads were too narrow and steep. But despite the bruises, abrasions, humiliation and infected toe that resulted from the fall, I continued the showings and we finished seeing several other homes that day. Today it finally caught up with me. My big toe lost its nail, completely. And of course, it is now the season for closed toe footwear.
