P & G Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II located in the Dallas Branch Office who will direct the overall operations of the branch including but not limited to: general maintenance and security of the branch, conduct loan interviews, process, approve and close loans, attain monthly branch goals, order currency shipments, branch balancing, employee relations, and prepare monthly reports. Apply and evaluate policies and procedures. Ensure that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies. Maintain knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services in order to create and maintain a cross-selling environment within the branch. Excellent communication, sales, organizational and interpersonal skills; Microsoft Office proficient; includes word and excel. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of similar or related experience or a two year college degree in business preferred. P & G Credit Union offers an outstanding benefit package.
