P&Z Commission meeting begin at 9:00 Am,Wed., Dec. 4th and starts off with the proposed zoning change for the first plat/section to try towns get the Highway Commercialchange....the 4 acre triangle/ Nolan property, that they want to sell for a gas station/convenience store location.... The beginning round of sectional changes for the remaining acres. A Discussion is supposed to start at 10:00 to get the citizens input about he change in the Land Use Map,the larger acreage alongside the by-pass road, itself. Everyone/ anyone interested in the County, in local politics/ power players/developers,etc.should plan to get there at 8:30 and to stay beyond 11:00...likely the most important 2-3 hours we (all) will spend for our future!!!
