PA RESIDENTS....Please write to your State Rep to support HB1750. Right now in Pennsylvania, cats and dogs can be sold for human consumption. It’s chilling that this is even possible, but the good news is that a bill is pending in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives that would ban this gruesome practice. H.B. 1750 would also prohibit other acts of cruelty, like events where cats, dogs, or birds are tethered or mechanically launched to be shot at. It would finally put a stop to Pennsylvanias notoriously inhumane pigeon shoots. You have the chance to help make Pennsylvania a much safer place for animals, but you have to take action now.
