PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST issued at 5AM, 03 July. SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) across Mindanao. FORECAST: Mindanao, Western Visayas and the provinces of Mindoro and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southeast to east over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
