Fast- moving eclectic cosmetics boutique with several other departments. Established clients rely on Ross cosmetics specialists for advice and application. This is a position for a super outgoing, friendly and warm person who loves all types of personalities. It is an hourly position $12-$14 starting depending on experience. There is no commission but after a year, there is a generous bonus incentive structure based on sales and other goals. During the busy times it is 20-30 hours per week. Weekends but no evenings. Cosmetics sales staff may continue to develop outside freelance business and they are welcome to use Ross full service salon to provide services to their clients on days they are not scheduled to work.
