PAKODI RAITA When ever you are using besan and find that a bit of besan mixture is extra, just add in any greens finely chopped like dhania, spring onions, meth, palak, bathua saag, muli leaves, or carrot greens and fry some pakodis. Keep in the fridge and after a few days you can use them for making a raita. Soak the pakodis in hot water for a while. Squeeze and add to beaten curd adding salt, sugar,bhuna jeera and give a tadka of rai and curry patta. Note- your family will enjoy a new variety of raita, the extra besan is being utilized and add greens which you find your family avoids eating. They will never know what has been added in the pakodi. They will enjoy the pakodi raita.
