PANAY NEWS- BEST REGIONAL NEWSPAPER IN THE PHILIPPINES LAPSUS ( March 07, 2014) ROXAS CITY MAYOR ALAN CELINO OUR random survey on the impression of many people in Roxas City is favorable to incumbent Mayor Alan Celino. Our questions are mostly on the mayor’s performance, credibility, the city’s economic situation after the visit of super typhoon “Yolanda” and the mayor’s relation with the people. Mayor Alan has a passing score of 85 percent average. It appears that the hardworking mayor is striving hard to make the capital city of Capiz an economic center of growth and prosperity. Coming from a poor family, Mayor Alan has good public relations with the people, particularly the hoi polloi. Kudos!
