PANEER WITH CABBAGE, CARROTS AND CURD- A very easy, no fuss recipe that goes well with both chapatis and rice. Just make it. 1) Beat and set aside: 150 ml thick curd 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste paste ½ tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp flour ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp sugar(optional) 2)Lightly crush 2 green cardamom,1 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves, a few cumin seeds 3)Paneer-250 gms, cubed, lightly fried and soaked in either milk or water. Grated Cabbage- ½ cup Grated carrots- ½ cup Capsicum- 1 small piece grated(optional) Oil- 1 tbsp, not mustard Heat oil in a pan. Add the dry spices.Let it crackle. Then add the cabbage, then the carrots. Saute on high flame for a minute. Then add the paneer and then the curd mixture. Simmer for a while. Garnish with kasoori methi. Super easy and yum. Enjoy.
