PART 2 of how to age define your hair. COLOURING Coloring hair isnt just about covering greys, it also adds thickness and volume. But as, with age, skin tone changes which means colour selection is more important. Most skin becomes sallow or yellow as we get older, so it’s not always recommended to go blonde. Dont try to match your skin tone with your hair but rather counteract. If you have olive skin, choose a deep, reddish-brown hair colour if you have paler skin, brighten your look with a light brown. Brunettes can soften or add depth by adding lowlights but people with blonde hair tend to hold on to the highlights when they need to add some darker tones to warm it up. Try it out be bold and change your colour selection.
