PAWS - Pushin Another Waggin to Safety Friends, we still need 4 drivers to get all our fur kids to Cedar Rapids, IA and Minnesota. I realize that 5 dogs or 7 dogs might seem a little intimidating for some of you. In fact, I’m going to be adding another little 10 lb. pup coming in his own small crate and going to MN. He can fit in the front passenger seat or even behind the front seats in the floor. I have never been able to get two drivers for any of these legs. We thought we had a flight for the two little pups added last night. But that fell through, and their only chance was ground transport. I CANNOT say no to helping these when I know they are coming all the way from Oklahoma and going to a rescue in Iowa. We’re their only choice right now. And I KNOW we can do it. I’ve been amazed sometimes at the number of babies I’ve been able to comfortably get into my van when I set my mind to it and knew that I needed to get them all in! Please sign up now. I have several of you in my address book who drove once or twice and then never offered again. Now is your chance. And if you’ve decided that transporting isn’t your thing, then crosspost!! Talk to other animal loving family members, friends, co-workers—even your enemies. We need drivers.
