PAY TO QUIT: Would your boss pay you to quit if you were unhappy? Thats what Amazon is offering for its workers at fulfillment centers across the country. Once a year, we offer to pay our associates to quit. The first year the offer is made, its for $2,000. Then it goes up $1,000 a year until it reaches $5,000, said CEO Jeff Bezos. The theory is that employees who stay, but are unhappy, make the work place unhealthy for others. The program is called ‘Pay to Quit.’ How do you feel about the program? Share your thoughts.
