PAYING IT FORWARD!! Please share this & lets get Cameron a bike as a graduation gift!! Please read these stories. It would help me get bikes for more teens with disabilities. If you could Please pass this on to your friends, family, coworkers, any business’ you might be close with gofundme/83bxqs Here is his story: Cameron Goetz is 14 and attends Easter Seals Autism Therapeutic School. He has multiple learning and physical delays. Cameron spreads joy everywhere he goes! He is very social and active in the Oak Lawn Park District Special Recreation Department. He has won numerous gymnastics gold metals at the Special Olympics Summer Games. He plays baseball, basketball, and currently is taking a hip hop aerobics class. Cameron likes to get out and interact with people. His first attempt to learn how to ride a two wheel bike led to a few crashes as balance is a problem for him. He became afraid of falling and hurting himself and shied away from riding the bike entirely. What a difference a three wheeler bike would make! Cameron recently had a chance to try a special three wheeler bike fitted to his size. He took to it like a duck to water. This was his first time on the bike. We ask that you please consider giving a donation that would allow Cameron a lifetime of recreation, exercise, and freedom to get out and experience the world around him. Can you imagine never being able to ride? I am trying to pay forward that my son Scott Curtiss, he has Autism, got his adaptive bike. My husband is a Special Olympics Volunteer coach of softball and basketball for the Oak Lawn Special Recreation Parks, so we have many kids we know, and would like to help. My sons friends from his teams are just a great, determined, bunch of teens!! Why should they not have the joy of riding?? These are newspaper articles that have run: beverly-mtgreenwood.patch/.../oak-lawn-teen... southtownstar.suntimes/.../vickroy-every-kid... I am just a mom trying to help other kids enjoy life, with the simple pleasure of riding a bike, something we were all able to do but they can not. If everyone gave even just $1.00 we would be able to change the lives of many special needs teens lives forever. If a donation isn’t possible please just keep sharing these stories!!! You can also donate to this campaign by sending a check to Project Mobility, 2930 Campton Hills Drive, St. Charles, Il, 60175. Be sure to notate on your check or online who the donation is for. This is set up through a 501 charity so all donations are tax deductible Thank you for the sharing these posts, due to family, friends , total strangers and many caring people 4 boys have received adaptive bikes!! Please share this post so as many people as possible can read his story, ask others to share it too!! Thank you for everything youve done!! gofundme/83bxqs
