PC Doctor is WARNING everyone about the ransom-ware and FBI type viruses. I can remove such viruses, I have several times. The warning is about the new Cryptolocker virus. It is exactly the same type virus, except it will also encrypt (scramble) your personal files. Once this is done, you can NOT decrypt your files. They are lost unless you pay the ransom fee, and even then it is a 50/50 shot that you get your files back. You have to get a special key code to decrypt the files from a hidden server hosting the illegal virus software. If you have IMPORTANT and SENSITIVE data, you need to back up offline, or to a cloud service, but only if you KNOW your system is clean.
