PDP AND PRESIDENT JONATHAN ARE TOTALLY LAWLESS AND HAVE NO REGARD TO THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAWS OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA The Inspector General of Police on the orders of the Presidency and PDP has stripped the Speaker of the House of representatives of all his right as a member of the House of Rep and the Speaker of the House of Representative by recalling all his security details and indirectly declaring his seat vacant. This is share madness and a brazen abuse to the Nigerian laws and constitution. The constitution of the Federal Republic and the orders/rules guiding the Federal House of Assembly are very clear. 1. The Federal House of Representatives has the sole obligation, responsibility and right to elect its leaders including their speaker 2. Their is no law or part of the constitution that states that the Speaker of the House of Representative must be from the ruling party or from members with the majority in the house. 3. It is only the members of the House of Representatives that has the right to remove a speaker by impeachment if they feel dissatisfied with the speaker or if the speakers looses his membership of the federal house of assembly. Where did President Jonathan, the PDP or the Inspector General of Police borrow the right to declare the office of the speaker vacant? Are we now using the Otueke constitution against the Nigerian constitution? The Governor of Ondo state, mr Mimiko decamped to the PDP few weeks ago and his security details where not removed by the IGP, PDP and President Jonathan. members of the Federal House of Rep from Ondo and some other states decamped to PDP and the IGP. PDP and President Jonathan did not declare their seats vacant. Hon Aminu Tambuwal remains the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives because the House says so. PDP and the presidency should accept the reality and live with it. If Hon Aminu Tambuwals exit is giving PDP and the presidency this shock, then some people will end up in psychiatric homes by the end of December when their will be an exodus of Governors from PDP to APC. You dont need to ask me how i know. it is a certainty. NIGERIANS SHOULD STAND UP AND RESIST THIS LAWLESS PDP AND PRESIDENCY
