PEAS PIZZA INGREDIENTS: 1) 200 GMS WHEAT FLOUR 2) 200 GMS GREEN PEAS (HALF BOILED) 3) 100 GMS SPROUTED GREEN MOONG 4) GARLIC - 6 TO 8 NOS. 5) GINGER /GREEN CHILLI – AS PER TASTE 6) VEGETABLES: (EACH TWO). GRATED GREEN CAPSICUM, CARROT, HALF BOILED BEETROOT (TO BE KEPT SEPARATELY), ONION, AND TOMATO. 7) OIL (refined sunflower), SALT, A BUNCH OF CORIANDER & PUDINA LEAVES. 8) GARAM MASALA POWDER AND RED MIRCHI POWDER. METHOD First grind the half boiled green peas, sprouted moong, ginger, garlic, green chilli and bunch of coriander and pudina leaves to a fine paste adding required salt. Now you knead the wheat flour along with this mixture adding salt, water and two teaspoon oil. Then shallow fry the grated vegetables in 2 tsp oil adding salt, garam masala, red mirchi powder. Make mini rotis in tawa by sprinkling one tsp of oil. Place the rotis in a plate and apply the above grinded green paste as chutney and spread the grated vegetables on the rotis and add cheese. THE ROTIS ARE READY TO SERVE.
