PEOPLE OF ST. LUCY…. YOU CAN COUNT ON ME. It is my belief that when you seek to represent people, you should have both the desire and ability to articulate their concerns. I am therefore saddened by the alarming number of calls I have received in relation to the contribution of the MP of St. Lucy last night (August 14, 2014). Those persons, many of whom were from St. Lucy, expressed in no uncertain terms how embarrassed they felt with regards to having such a person as their representative. Some even apologized for what was done on February 21, 2013. I humbly accepted their apologies and gave them the certain assurances that I will do all in my power to make them proud, once again, of who they are and of the parish from which they derive. I HAVE LISTENED; I HAVE HEARD YOU; AND I WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!!!
