PEOPLE SPIN CLASS WAS... wait for it , wait for it, wait for it FANTASTIC, BLEW MY Quads and butt cheeks up, lol. I had a smashing good time I even kept up with the fabulous instructor Sharri Mendez. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is serious about loosing weight, maintaining or just having fun. I went with the thought that I could do it and I was correct, I didnt sit on the saddle unless I was instructed to do so, I increased my stride as told and I drank water just to stay hydrated. The mood was set with a blue light although I had a spot light on me, lol I know that was just the way the room was set up. Truth of it, I was trying to hide, lmbo. The music had me wanting to dance , beats were kicking as I peddled to the bass. Sharri knows her stuff, she made certain I was ok before getting on the bike, she showed me how to adjust the bike properly to my height which helped to make the ride better.I am not going to lie my twazzle did bump the seat a few times before we got started ( mmm mmmm :) ) but after the adjustments all was good. She constantly told the class to listen to their body, although everyone seemed to be on track, no one bowed out.. Big Props to Sharri Mendez for making this experience one of the best things I ever did at 6 am in the morning since my new life. Its funny how the body can take you from a low point to a high just by working out. I was joking after the class about going to the gym but after talking to Sharri I realized why the heck not , I am not tired as a matter afact I had more energy, so I went to the gym pumped a bit of iron for an hour and a half. So Sonia Jamison, Yamika Young, DjEyez Rich, Vernell Kea, Denise HicksSheila, Aleida Matos and everyone else who have been on the fence waiting for my revue, or just not sure if its for you, you have trusted me with other things, trust me with this, sign up you have nothing to lose but some stubborn fat.
