PEOPLES REPUbLIC OF BIAFRA HARVET TIME: BIAFRA REBIRTH (Psalm 121 vs 1&2; Ill lift up my eyes to the hills, from whence cometh my help? My help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth..........) Personally, I would like to thank God for making me part of the generation to see to this day and time, the EXPIRATION of a 100 years UNHOLY MARRIAGE of my people with the uncircumcised! We want to as well use this medium to thank all those who have been following our enlightenment campaign right from 1st January 2014 through the build-up and events of the National conference, the 30 days prayers for the foundation laying of The Peoples Republic of Biafra held on the 30th May this year and up till today being the 1st day of the Last month in the 1st year after the EXPIRATION of the LUGGARDIAN TREATY that gave birth to Nigeria. The following are significant events and State of the Biafran family in Nigeria: 1) The Luggardian treaty amalgamating the Southern and Northern Protectorate of the British Empire in Nigeria to form a CRIMINAL state dated on the 1st January 1914 to EXPIRE 1st January, 2014 lasting for a 100years duration came to an unbearable END. 2) This is 54 years post-(FALSE)independence which ENSLAVED us the BIAfRANs worse than ever in our History as a people. 3) This is 44years post-civil war which was preceded by unprecedented pogrom with an estimated death of Biafran above 3.5million and subsequent political/economic strangery of BIAFRA LAND and her people up till this day. 4) A build-up for a National Conference to discuss the fate of the indegenous people decided to hand-pick stooges against the will of the indegenous people to perpetrate continual SLAVERY of the BIAfrAnS and NDIGBO at large. 5) There was absolutely NO avenue OR fora made available to review thoroughly the State of the Union despite an event as important as the undeserved killing of over 3.5 million of her citizens and the continual massacre of same people with developmental/economic strangery even after 100years of the Union. 6) Nil Biafran or IGBO politician or any political party including APGA has any road-map OR agenda towards rebuilding the LOST glory of Biafra and her people. 7) Nil platform to discuss people-oriented programs on how to DISMANTLE all the FEUDAL POLitIcAL STRUcTURES in Biafra Land. 8) Nil campaign team including that of the PRESIDEnCY has anything in stock for the rebuilding of our father Land. 9) Nil group/party/ organisation seeks to recognise the plight of Biafran in Diaspora who are enslaved in their various countries due to their quest for an economic greener pasture. 10) Nil government policies seeking to protect the lives and businesses of Biafran both within Nigeria and those in Diaspora after 44 years of civil war. 11) Series of UNPROVOKED bombing targetted at christian settlements in the North, places of Biafran settlements and their business premises in a form of ASYMMETRIC WaR against the Nigerian State posing a threat to the national security and the integrity of the union WITHOUT concerted efforts by the political and religious leaders in the North to quell such, reminiscent of the events preceding 1967-70 civil war. For all these coupled with the fate of our fathers in the hands of the IMPERIALISTS who forcefully married us out to a group of RAPISTS, we have decided to take our DESTInY into our own hands peacefully BUT defiantly. We have decided to put to use the rich lessons of HISTORY so as to salvage the already BLEAK future of our generations to come. We have rejected ISLAM and all the ARAB-MUSLIM EXPANSIONIST activities as a people without PREJUDICE to the ideological differences we share with our neighbouring nations. We have categorised our ENEMIES as thus; A) Arab-Muslim Expansionist Hausa/Fulani Elders, their sympathizers and benefactors. B) The vicious IMPERiALISTS and their POLITIcAL STOOGES in Biafra Land. C) Pull-Him-Down Pro Biafran Activists. Adequate steps have been marshalled out to contain the activities of the above enemies; hence all and sundry MUST be PROUD to identify with BIAFRA without FEAR! STEP-WISE APPROACH 1) Biafran HomeLand Offices: For registration and identification (DATA ANALYSIS); This is to commence at the CLAN/UmUNNA level starting from this december. Subsequent centralisation at the community, Town and L.G.A level. 2) Local, Urban and Regional MAPPING of the territory by the community, town and L.G.A economic teams in accordance with the guidelines to be provided by Biafran Economic Planning Team. 3) PUbLIC UTILITY: This will also be as stipulated by the Biafra Economic Team in collaboration with the community, town and L.G.A economic teams. The immediate facilities in consideration include WATER distribution and supply, SEWAGE and ELEcTRICITY distribution networks! 4) MAJOR INFRAStRUCTURES: The following demand high level of tact and commitment, MUST be transparently and equitably spread, 100% private equity funding to spread across all the L.G.A and the various local authorities providing the needed labour and land access! a) AIRPORT: a 15 runway passenger + cargo International Airport; site: to be decided by the national parliament of the Peoples Republic of Biafra. b) RAILWAY SYSTEM: Multiple Rail Lines linking all the airports to all the major cities and L.G.A c) MATERIAL SCIENCE INSTITUTE + CEnTRE FOR DISEASE COnTRoL: Rehabilitation of SKILLED LABoUR and ARTISANS of Biafran descent preparing them for the challenges of the NEW bIAfRAN economy and development of a NEW CURRICULUM for educational and vocational training from cradle to tertiary schools! 5) ROAD networks: Trunks A,B and C roads to be fully funded and maintained by the National, State and L.G.A respectively with partial commercialisation wherever possible. Details to be defined by the Economic Teams at all levels. POLITICAL STRUCTURE: The political unit of our NEW STATE is an INDEPENDENT L.G.As both economically and politically. All the component units of a L.G.A are empowered with a VETO option in their various parliaments. The L.G.A is the ONLY government apparatus to empowered EMPLOY labour. The STATE/PROVINCE is composed of eqquitable representation from all the component L.G.A units. Primary responsibility is POLICY MAKING and the linking bridge between the L.G.A.(People) and the National leadreship. The Biafran National Parliament is to be composed of equitable representation from all the component INDEPENDENT STATES/PROVINCES with a VETO option in the parliament. Primary responsibility is to provide leadership and preserve the integrity of the UNION. The ONLY government apparatus EMPOWERED to mediate over FOREIGN POLICY and INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS. NB: The composition of the various INAUGURAL Economic Teams likewise the INAUGURAL political apparatuses MUST be VOLUNTARY with NO comparative ADVANTAGE bestowed on them RATHER a high degree of co-operation and a good Biafran legislation to guarantee their LEGITIMAcY. The BIAFRA CONSTITUTION DRAFTING COMMITTEE must reflect all the above in the spirit of fairness and sustainable NATION STATE devoid of perpetual internal crisis and wars. The government and people of Biafra have chosen to come home to REBUILD our desolate land balkanised by the government of Nigeria and their political agents in Biafra Land. To our politicians, weve forgiven you all and we pray God to open their eyes to see what were seeing today, to plan with us and finally walk in that path of honour. To our docile brothers and those who view us with disdain, we call on you all to believe in the God of our fore-fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the God of the House of David; Our Pillar of Cloud by Day and the Pillar of FiRe by Night, that by ONE STONE to ONE MAN, the glory of Biafra, the HOuSE of JACOB, may be restored! To our NON-Hausa/fulani brothers, as tears drop from ma eyes, I say GOODBYE. Know that you always have a friend, a brother, and a confidant. You are NEVER alone and we will be greater brothers when we rebuild our home. I WISH YOU WELL To our Hausa/Fulani neighbours, history has never been kind to our relationship with your fathers and fore-fathers. Politically, your fathers enslaved and killed us; Religiously, they threatened us with Arab-Muslim Expansionist Activities. Today, we have rejected them and we bid them GOoDBYE. But to the younger generation, SANITY and TOLERANCE will surely bring us together someday as BROTHERS. To the LAND of the RISING SUN, may the God of our fore-fathers remain your fortress, invaginate you with RICHES and GREEN FIELDS and finally blees thee with milk and honey now and always, Amen!
