PERFECT ACCIDENT ♿️ It went from partying with friends to waking up to a terrible accident, I knew it was real but I felt blinded and needed was tent I didnt have this planned for my life but that morning I felt like someone began to cut me open with a knife, Laying in ICU I begin to wonder was this wrong or was it right, But it was a wake up call and my second chance at life so I knew it was my time to get right, Or maybe my tragedy would make all my dark objects bright, Those were the things I asked myself as I laid in the dark and searched for the light; I woke up and began to pull the tubes from my throat and everything felt tight, My nurse fixed me up and informed me that I was paralyzed from the neck down and had a bruised lung which was the one on the right, Im a strong individual so I knew it was only right, All of the tubes and machines that I had to use made me realize maybe its my time to be used, but at times I felt confused, I had a room full of family and friends but deep down I wanted them to be removed but knew if I asked them that they would refuse; I was left here for a reason with only a few cracked teeth, one good lung, but most of all a broken neck and a bruise, So a month later I decided to leave my ICU room and take a cruise, But I refuse to let my bruise continue to abuse my heart, and began to view my tragedy as a fresh start, And after being caged in for months I began to pack all my belongings in my cart, I felt nothing but pain when it was time for me to depart, Eventho I didnt wnt to leave my UMC family behind, I began to thank god for the beat that remained in my heart, So it was only right that I smiled and prepared myself for a new start, It was time to go home and I begin to place my hand over my heart and felt a huge dent, I began to laugh and told myself.....Maybe this was the perfect accident
