PERSONALLY, NOT INTERESTED IN THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF THIS POST. Just needed the photo. I really liked this diner reproduction concept when I first went to the Media, Pa. location of Nifty Fiftys and when they opened the bigger and better one on Grant, I liked it even more. When we went to the original diners back in those days, they were just restaurants. We didnt think twice about what we were experiencing because there was no 50s memorabelia (sp) hanging everywhere. Those diners were the memorabelia before they became the memorabelia :P They were just places we went to. Todays reproduction diners have the oldie stuff all over the place that brings us back to a better time. We appreciate those fantastic diners more now since the reproductions remind us of the memories eating in the originals. Its like oldies music. Back in the day we didnt realize how great the music was. It was just music. Good music but just music. We loved the oldies from 10 years back when we were in our actual oldies time. Remember Joe Niagaras show? We loved his oldies from years gone by. The new records that were just released were just good tunes. Now those tunes are everything. Just one guys opinion and a confusing one, at that. But you get the idea. . Are there any great diner reproductions these days that you dine at that really bring you back to our time? Which ones and where?
