PF CENTRAL COMMITTE SETTLES FOR MMD THIEF IN MANSA BY-ELECTION The Patriotic Front want to adopt a person they called corrupt and a thief in 2011 for Mansa byelections because it suits the party now to adopt him. The Patriotic Front want to adopt Dr. Chitalu Chilufya for the Mansa Parliamentary byelection to replace late Member of Parliament and Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services Kennedy Sakeni. According to information obtained, the Patriotic Front Central committee has settled for Dr. Chilufya who in 2011 contested the same seat under the Movement for Multi Party Democracy (MMD). Others who participated in the race at adoption stage are a Mr. Chola, Charles Chalwe and a Mr. Kabwita. In 2011 the Patriotic front decampaigned the same Dr. Chilufya by telling electorates in Mansa that Dr. Chilufya had stolen money from Ministry of Health together with the then Permanent Secretary Dr. Simon Miti. The PF branded Chilufya of belonging to the same group with former Ministry of Health Human Resources Officer Henry Kapoko even when President Sata was personally receiving financial support from Kapoko. It is not known how the same Dr. Chitalu Chilufya has become clean now for the PF to adopt him. As far as we know there has never been snow from heaven since 2011 to clean Dr. Chitalu Chilufya. However we are not surprised by this development because even Dr. Simon Miti who was also called corrupt is serving as Permanent Secretary Parliamentary Business at Cabinet Office. President Sata who claims to be allergic to corruption created the position for Simon Miti.
