PHASED BA ENDORSED CFA’s Chief Officer has endorsed the volunteer proposal for two levels of Breathing Apparatus (BA) competencies – with Level One suited to external situations such as car fires and haystacks, and Level Two incorporating internal structural attack and search & rescue.
