PHCN (UP NEPA) After the introduction of the new voucher metre to Nigeria by the PHCN, I said to my sef finally, we wld be having a stable and constant electricity afterall! Little did I know it is just a new payment scheme for we consistent subscriber and for those who are engrossd in the bribe and troway face attitude, its a trusted way of regulating their actions to the last stage of eradication for them to meet up with its demand. It bothers me to think after loading a voucher, ull still have to minimize the usage so well at when the VAT has been removed. You should think twice abt the electronics youll like to put on so that it may last; just the way i feel whenever Im calling a MTN line on an Airtel line and vise-visa. The worst part of it is the no permission value. Its cease anytime without a bill of notice to pay at when due, even in the middle of an interesting program or when home alone having cool breeze in a relatively hot weather. You wld wish to be in your neighbours shoe when he/she alone has the current. The old metre comes with ease and opportunities, here are few: 1. You can bribe your way out from the devils till wenever 2. No dissapointment only when its a general issue 3. Bills of due payments to notify you of service needed to be payed for 4. You have grace of some days before its due date 5. Finally, its alwayz fun to see those Nepa with their ladder cutting off your enemy or rivals light. Lol
