Lews caveat is, in essence, government (The State) telling businesses they may not consider costs as costs... unless public officials say they can. PPACA 2010 Has Been fraught with confusion, frustration, inept administration... and blatant arrogance by PPACA 2010 managers. Telling businesses they may not consider PPACA 2010 costs as costs is tantamount to telling them they may not declare losses whenever losses occur.
