PIA-3/TARLAC: Traffic situation along major thoroughfares (MNR Mc Arthur Highway) is normal except Lapaz to Tarlac City Road Maliwalo, Mataalaib Section which experienced heavy traffic due to the volume of travelling vehicles coming and exiting from the SCTEX . Likewise, traffic was also heavy along Mac Arthur Hiway MNR Brgy Lapsing, Moncada section since 10:00PM last night up to this time due to the volume of vehicles and due to the ongoing road widening project. Traffic conditions in the alternate routes of the province are normal and manned by PNP/BFP operatives and civic volunteers group.
