PIPE UP YOUR CONCERNS REGARDING KINDER MORGAN AND/OR ENBRIDGE: I am no soothsayer, all I got to go on his my history degree. And history tells me sooner or later there will either be an environmental catastrophe caused by a pipeline break between Fort McMurray and Kitimat or an ill-fated tanker disaster somewhere between Kitimat and China.. I am no scientist, thats why I listen to them. And science claims the tar sands an environmental travesty. So heres my contribution to the Pipe Up Against Enbridge Enbridge issue. I think its clear where I stand. I have tried to follow the oil from Fort McMurray (Athabascan Watershed), through the Great Bear Rainforest to Kitimat down the Douglas Channel to Hartley Bay and out into Hecate Strait, past Haida Gwaii to the wondrous Pacific Ocean. If you are a hunter, a fisher, a recreational boater, a camper, a mountain biker, a wildlife photographer or a person concerned about the environmental welfare of our province and have any sense of stewardship toward the land, air, and sea, I hope you will find a way to voice your concerns.
