PLAN FOR THE SATURDAY EXHIBITION From 09:15 - 10:00 - prepare your stand, start up the computer so that its ready for the presentation. You dont have time for booting when the judges pass. 10:00 - Leave the presentation room. WHEN TO ARRIVE The group members must be present ½ hour before the presenatation. Please dont use the main hall for waiting. FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PRESENTATION Go to the red X in the aisle. Before your presentation you can wait in the canteen. THE FIVE PLUS TWO PRESENTATION ... means that you have five minutes for your presentation - and the judges have two minutes for asking questions.
