PLEASE DONT PROTEST AT THE MALL: As the country was confronted with issues of police tactics and alleged misconduct by a white police officer in Ferguson, MO, many seem to discount medical science and the testimony of seven African American witnesses. Thats their absolute right. Some look to past injustices to explain the realities in their own minds. Proving further their ill placed ideals, the people who genuinely dislike and distrust America are shutting down traffic to keep people from going to work and running through malls screaming scaring grandmothers and children to show their anger. As the rest of America begins to hold in disdain anything the knucklehead protesters do, the real issue of police brutality will have long been forgotten. People will applaud as whiny protesters are drug away by the police and carted off to jail. I encourage everyone to watch the videos online from around the country as protesters storm Christmas tree lightings, childrens choirs singing and kids trying to talk to Santa. Its shocking. Wait until one of the protesters is injured or killed when he/she terrorizes the wrong parent or a protective spouse. Whose fault will it be? The racial problems in this country will never be solved by yelling at strangers. We have real issues in this country and they can be addressed through the ballot box, the media, the courts and at peaceful protests. Nothing will change because some idiots were acting up at the mall. Im praying for our country and even for the people that hate it. Happy Sunday.
