PLEASE HELP ME & BAN EXPEDIA TRAVEL..... Mom & I bought our tickets thro these people....We elected to purchase the car rental at the same time, after all we would save 130.00 in doing so. When arriving at our destination, we are at the car rental desk....ANNND guess what ? We were informed that I selected a compact car, I said...huh, thats interesting cause I am 1000 % confident I selected a mid-sized car due to moms disability.....So were asked to pay an additional 150.00 for, u guessed it...the mid-sized car....Oh, but hey, it was our lucky day cause mom got 50.00 of with her AAA membership.... Yes I did call when we got home, the foreigner that answered & 2 foreign upper management later, by God I want a dam AMERICAN I can talk to, so up the chain to the 3rd manager... NOPE ! Didnt make a hill a beans difference....We were not reimbursed a dime let alone our C-note, they scammed a disabled elderly woman of her valued 100.00, after all.... thier millions they make off us a year just isnt enough...... WHAT A RACKET ! WHAT AMERICA ? ISNT IT A NICE FEELING TO BE GREEN & MADE OUT OF PAPER !
