STATEN ISLAND NY: 3 large mastiffs dumped at NYC DOT yard. They seem fairly friendly. All are intact males, POSSIBLY bait dogs as they have some facial scars. Theyre sleeping under the trailers and seem to all have respiratory infections. These guys need rescue ASAP. Here is a photo of one.
