I will start off by saying this is ideas to make our country better after we take it back .. I am an oath keeper I support the constitution . I am a man of action not words . And am no law maker or amendment man . But I also think and I realize that when our constitution was created our forefathers were more honorable and trustworthy then the pathetic crop of politicians we have now . So there does need to be amendments that shrink government . And add power to the people . I believe it would make it easier to control and evict the unworthy from office . Every law should be brought to the people by the mayors to be voted on then sent to the governor and so on .. .. and our representatives need to realize that serving us is there job and if they fail to do so the people can terminate their employment and replace them at anytime .. not through a year of bureaucracy red tape bs . And not when the next vote comes around .. part 2 will deal with saving and making money in america and equal standards for all . (Government officials and citizens . Rich or poor . Male or female . Race and religion ) as our constitution Requires . It also deals with crime and a solid immigration policy . I will post it this afternoon Section a part 2 All left over campaign money after an election should go to the city county state that the elected official was elected for .. no more stacking millions to be pilfered later on . There pre political finances and there salary . And there retirement is substantial enough to provide for them once they leave office . They should be held on the same standards as the citizens they serve . Which means saving . Putting away for retirement . Paying in to social security . By the constitution they should not be exempt from anything that the citizen has to do .. .. corporations of any size or type can not contribute to a campaign . The individual person . Owner may . But not corporations . It leads to corruption . This has been proven in the past .. the excess money from the campaigns would help the city county and state with their individual needs .. . Everyone should be held under the same tax . Yes taxes suck but we need them to provide for many areas such as roads education etc.. no more filing at the end of the year and people getting back 3 times what they put in even if they didnt work yet drew a check .one set percentage for all would bring in three times what is being brought in as long as government was shrunk and all the loop holes were trashed then prosperity would be fast and large . Companies would be able to pay its employees more .... Section b part 2 No more free rides . If you are on welfare you will work for the city county state you are in . You will be required to put part time hours in so that you may still search for work or follow an education to find a career . There are things you could do even the dumbest of us can do .like being a janitor . Cleaning the parks . Basic community service .Etc. Etc. No more laying around sucking fellow citizens for what they work so hard for . Mandatory drug testing . . Crime do the crime do the time start fresh . Murder that is not self defense is death .. if you knowingly take a life then you give up your life .. punishment death .. in my eyes rape and child molestation should fall under those same grounds because you essentially take their life when you commit them acts . And it saves tax payer money from keeping you housed for 50 years .. when you are locked up no free ride . You will be required to put in 8 hr days 5 days a week working for the city county state that you are locked up in for no pay .. you want payed stay out of trouble and get a job you have no expenses I. Jail anyways . . But once you have served your time your record is clear . You start with a fresh plate . It is up to you to change . You wont be able to blame anyone if you fail ..
