Monday: Open to the public Weights: The Total-Body Dumbbell Workout (45 Minutes including warm-up & cool down) Cure workout boredom and tone muscles from head to toe. **Equipment required: Dumbbell set (1kg-8kg)Either bring your own weights or you can use weights at LK Fitness. Water/Towel 7-7:45am 9:45-10:30am 6:30-7:15pm Tuesday: Open to the public Bootcamp Fit (30 Minutes including warm-up & cool down) Crush Calories & Rev Your Metabolism With This Workout! **Equipment required: Water/Towel 7-7:30am 5-5:30pm 6:30-7pm Wednesday: Open to the public Sculpting Strength Circuit(45 Minutes including warm-up & cool down) This strength circuit will engage your muscles—upper-body, lower-body, and core for a grueling workout. **Equipment required: Water/Towel 7-7:45am 9:45-10:30am 6:30-7:15pm Thursday: (8 Week Course) 45 minutes: Boxercise Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Each class will involve a warm-up and cool-down, with a series of boxing drills and skills. The class will challenge your aerobic & anaerobic stamina. If you are not used to doing explosive, short-burst activity, expect to be challenged. **Equipment required: Water/Towel. Boxercise gloves you can purchase your own or use LK Fitness Gloves/pads 7-7:45am 5-5:45pm 6:30-7:15pm Friday: (8 Week Course) Hatha Yoga: 1 hour 30 Minutes Yoga is said to be for the purpose of uniting the mind, body, and spirit. Hatha yoga are gentle classes with no flow between poses, slow-paced stretching including breathing exercises This is a good class to learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga and your body. The physical practice of yoga is known as asana. Asana can be classified as one of the 8 limbs of yoga the majority of which are more concerned with mental and spiritual well-being than physical activity. Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. **Equipment required: Water/Towel & Yoga Mat 9:45-11:15am 6:30-8pm
