PLEASE NOTE: Theres a strong possibility that this delay might be because Cuadrilla still havent sorted the well drilled at Preese Hall in 2011 (the one that caused 2 earthquakes). It has been suggested, with good reason, that they are unable to successfully plug the Preese Hall well and that it may WELL be LEAKING...
