PLEASE PAY ATTENTION The 2 biggest mistakes every Australian is making, and its costing them everything.... Thinking you understand the law. Fact, although police and politicians seem to be speaking English, they ARENT speaking English at all. When they speak their words dont have the same meaning as they would outside the law. LAW has its own language, with it own definitions, this is why they have LAW DICTIONARIES. Any society can create their own language, and most do. If you look up the word language in a law dictionary it will even tell you they have their own language. This is a part of what it says about language in a law dictionary. The law, too, has a peculiar language. Dont you find it odd that a cop will ask if youre the driver even when youre sitting behind the wheel. Seems like a dumb questions dont you think?, unless they want you to admit to being in commerce even though youre not. Driver... One employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle,with horses, mules, or other animals, or a bicycle, tricycle, or motor car ONE EMPLOYED???? Driver, passenger, vehicle all these words are legally defined as being in commerce law, NOT common law. This leads to the second biggest mistake, ASSUMPTION Assumption. The act or agreement of assuming or taking upon one’s self; the undertaking or adoption of a debt or obligation primarily resting upon another, as where the purchaser of real estate “assumes” a mortgage resting upon it in which case he adopts the mortgage debt as his own and becomes personally liable for its payment. To many Australians assume they know whats wrong, whos to blame, and how the world really works. And most couldnt be more wrong. Even the police have no clue. Theyre taught the laws the corrupt wants them to know but they never tell the cops the difference between commerce law and common law. Then the cops spend their days using intimidation and threats of arrestto get compliance. They have quoters to meet. And its all about cash. Now all the rules theyve created only apply to people within their society. Notice most of the rules have never been given consent by the governed? This is because most people have been assuming it applies to them. It only applies to those in the law society. Have you been sworn into that society like a cop or judge is? Have you passed the bar like a lawyer? NO, then their rules DO NOT APPLY TO YOU. Theyll continue to use threats and intimidation to extract money from us until their scam is EXPOSED.
