PLEASE READ: A note from Positively Republican on Repeated Posts: You have most likely noticed that we repeat some posts throughout the day and I thought I would give you an explanation. Here is what is happening: We have 650,000 fans. Facebook has a new policy to severely cut how many people are seeing pages posts - everyones not just ours - so that page owners will pay to boost the page/post rather than see their reach cut. So... When we post to 650,000 people, Facebook usually shows it to about 20,000 people, unless it is something that goes viral and the Facebook algorithm notices that and lets it be shown to more people. So they show it to 20,000. That leaves 630,000 fans who didnt see it. So we post again later so other fans will hopefully see it. Unfortunately, Facebook evidently doesnt show it to NEW people from the 630,000 who didnt see it before, but to the same 20,000. One thing you can do is to hit the like button on all our posts because that tells Facebooks algorithm to show more people. We are trying to find a way to work around this so all of our fans can see the page posts. We appreciate your patience!
