PLEASE READ: Its time - help protect Gloucester 6 August 2014 Dear Supporter, There are a couple of important things we need to tell you about in regard to AGL and their proposal to frack CSG wells here at Gloucester, as part of their Stage 1 gasfield development. First, the NSW Government has just given AGL approval to go ahead with fracking (hydraulic fracturing) four CSG wells, known as the Waukivory Pilot Program. (see below for further information about the approval). Second, we know that AGL was given a 48 hour head start before the community was advised, so AGL has been given an obvious advantage. As we write, AGL has the Police supervising the erection of a wire fence around its Gloucester office.
